Buying a home is really stressful but at least I didn't have to worry about the loan part of the equation because my man Dan had it handled

Very glad I used Daniel , I was weeks into a contract on buying my home when banking fell thru last minute , I contacted Daniel and he was able to make everything work way smoothly and more efficiently than the people I was previously dealing with ,he was very quick at making decisions and was able to answer any question or concerns I had, I will say he is an expertise in the field , closing went smoothly as planned, i wish I would've used Daniel from the start and will forsure use him on every property and banking need in the future. Don't do What I did ! Use someone who takes pride in their work and is knowledgeable in their field! Great work Daniel 🙌

I seriously can’t overstate just how fantastic Daniel is! Buying a house is always complicated, but thanks to a series of crazy events - just one obstacle after another after another - our ownership journey was almost farcically convoluted. I wouldn’t have blamed Daniel if he had mysteriously “lost” our number. Instead, he fought for us every step of the way, promptly answering calls and e-mails (even beyond business hours), finding work arounds and creative solutions - even driving all the way out to the Bywater on a Saturday to accomplish a time-sensitive task (one that was NOT in his job description!) that would otherwise have derailed the whole process. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to cover what this man did for us. My partner and I live in our dream home, and without Daniel Messinger, that would never have happened. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

There are not enough words to say about Daniel. This was our first house and we have been incredibly overwhelmed. He walked us through every stage. He was available for our questions night or day, it didn't matter what he was doing. We were just awestruck by his experience, his attention to detail and his professionalism. How many Brokers do you know that had a planned vacation the week before you close and makes sure to let us know that even though he is on the beach with his family, he is still available for us as needed. We will always use Daniel, and if you don't you have no idea the service and expertise that you are missing out on.
